This double-flute spiral carbide bit provides a hybrid of both downcut and upcut to produce a clean edge on both surfaces by eliminating chipping on workpieces up to 7/8" thick.

This bit has is particularly useful for cutting components out of panels, laminated material and double-sided melamine. 1/4" shank.

The micro-thin ceramic coating prevents high heat and oxidation, which helps the cutting edge retain its sharpness.
